Friday August 22, 2008. Glass City Singles is hosting a twisting night as we are bringing on our second annual Twisting night for cash. Could this cash be yours? It just could be all you have to do enter the twisting fun and win our twisting night championship. The winner will be picked by vote at the desk. You do not have to be a member to join in. Who’s going be our winner will be Don, Fred, Dorre or could be Bob, the only way to find out is to come in and see.

   There has to be 6 people sign up before the competition can begin. Be certain to come in at 6:30 to join Betty in her Line Dance instruction ($3.00). Then it is social dance instruction with Raymond and Betty in the slow Salsa at 7:30 p.m. ($6.00). But be sure to make the super powerful singles dance at 8:30 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. It’s loaded with wonderful opportunity to mingle and socialize with a real fun and Friendly group of singles all night long. Sunday August 31, 2008  Every year this holiday dance attracts hundreds and Hundreds of singles each year. That is what makes this such spectacular event. We are calling all our alumni present and past out for this year for a great Labor Day singles dance which will honor all our working singles.  In fact, we view each attending single as the “Guest of Honor”. 

   It is amazing to contemplate that we are in the final days of summer and the last quarter of this busy year.  Let Glass City Singles help you celebrate this weekend tribute to the working people of our great country. Making this an even bigger and better event, this Labor Day weekend Glass City Singles will celebrate twenty-six years of serving area singles! 

   That’s right – it’s our Anniversary and we are pulling out all the stops.  This is a’ Not To be Miss’ evening of fun and celebration.  We want to fill the hall with all the singles that through the years have been loyal and dedicated to singles dance.  Come and see some of the faces of friends that were here in years gone by, and let them share how single life has unfolded for them. 

    There will be rewards and other planned excitement to make this a memorable evening for both regular, past and new members. We have planned the fun – all that is needed is you to complete the party. 

    The fun begins on Sunday, August 31, there will be no dance instruction on this night the doors will open at 7:00 p.m. for mingling and socializing the dance will get underway at 7:30 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. the Glass City Singles dance rolls in at Gladieux Meadows, 4480 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, Ohio.
