About Us

    Glass City Singles is not just another Singles dance.  We offer special opportunities for singles to make new friends and ideally find that certain someone to spend their life with.  In fact, this is the basis of our mission statement and we take great pride in our success rate

    Our parties are unlike the traditional nightclub scene, which many singles tend to relay on for social opportunity.  Our weekly social gatherings for single adults of all ages welcome both young and mature, and senior singles.  Our activities provide avenues to meet and create new friendships.  Our dances include icebreakers such as the Circle Dance and Snowball Dance, which encourage ladies and guys choices.

 

   We take great pride in our staff of volunteers who exhibit a great caring and warm attitude that promotes a friendly atmosphere to mingle and dance.  As an added bonus, our gatherings are held in a non-smoking environment.  In addition, Glass City Singles dress code plays a vital role in attracting classy, upscale adult singles from northern Ohio and southern Michigan. 

     Glass City Singles host most of there dances on Friday nights at Gladieux Meadows, 4480 Heatherdowns, Toledo.  (8:30 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.)  It is a place where hearts and minds connect. 

   If more advance dancing is your goal. We provide two hours of dance instruction before each of Singles Dances. Starting off with singles contemporary line dancing at 6:30 p.m. Then at 7::30 p.m. it social dance instruction. There is no Dance Partner required to attend either of the dance Sessions

You will find speed dating as a relaxing way to go about finding someone interesting. At Your Quick Date, speed-dating it’s an event where single men and women have the opportunity to meet with other single men and women by participating in five minutes mini dates over the course of an evening. Here’s how a typical evening might go. One-on-one, brief mini-dates where you ask and are asked questions by singles just like you. Fill out dating cards that shows which participants you are interested in. With in a week you will receive a letter with contact information from the mini-dates you were interested in and those that shared the same interested in you.
